About the Working Group
Working Group Chair:
The Skills Working Group is chaired by Adam Broomfield, Kendra Energy
The Skills Working Group is a central resource for the 91ÖÆƬ³§ on all skills development issues. Powered by volunteers, the Skills Working Group is a forum for developing a balanced 91ÖÆƬ³§ view on key skills development issues; they are a group for drafting 91ÖÆƬ³§ skills development guidance; they provide 91ÖÆƬ³§ input to skills development documents from other organisations, national education initiatives or 91ÖÆƬ³§ sections; and they are charged with promoting skills development amongst 91ÖÆƬ³§ Members at all levels (vocational, academic and continuing professional development).
Open to representatives in 91ÖÆƬ³§ member companies only.

Positioning and promoting the BMS industry as a career of choice,
Sharing best practice and enabling collaboration
2026 Priorities
Developing and delivering BEMS-focused training/information about the Building safety Act a Industry Competency Framework
Develop and deliver an education programme for consultants
Exploring higher level qualifications for the BEMS industry
